Our account managers will work with your office one-on-one to go over what happened to the leads generated by our marketing. Was a consultation scheduled? Did the potential patient show up for the scheduled consultation? What kind of treatment plans were discussed? What treatment plan was accepted? And what was the dollar amount of that treatment plan? We will then compile all of this information to find out your R.O.I. Depending on the success of each campaign – a lower or higher budget is suggested. We follow this process in search of the highest possible return for your marketing investment.
